About
Boston-born and now based in Los Angeles, Nat Anglin is a former athlete with a highly diverse life path whose creative identity refuses to be boxed in. His voice is shaped by grit, movement, and years spent navigating different communities and artistic disciplines. Across screenwriting, directing, performance, and music, he builds stories rooted in authenticity, character, and an unfiltered perspective shaped by real-world experience.
With a decade of work across film, acting, and music, Nat has developed a body of storytelling defined by grounded characters, moral tension, and a vivid sense of place. As a screenwriter and filmmaker, he crafts narratives that balance emotional realism with cinematic ambition, drawing heavily from his Boston upbringing, dual Irish heritage, and the cultural complexity he grew up in. His music channels East Coast hip-hop grit — a vicious wordsmith with narrative-driven anthems shaped by inner-city Boston and the experiences that carried him around the world.
An award-winning screenwriter with a particular affinity for horror, drama, and thrillers, Nat's writing is fueled by authenticity, tension, and emotional weight. As an actor, he brings an intense, explosive presence to his roles while also accessing a deep sensitivity informed by his life as a committed father, teacher, and community member. Hard to pin down to any single lane, Nat's multi-hyphenate identity is his greatest strength — a storyteller whose work spans film, television, and music, and who continues to push into new creative territory from his home base in Los Angeles.

Bio
Nathaniel "Nat" Anglin is an Irish-American hip-hop artist from Boston, Massachusetts. He first gained recognition under the moniker Natural with the critically acclaimed 20 Something and the DJBooth-exclusive Ways To Go in 2013, establishing himself within the Boston scene alongside artists like Cousin Stizz, Millyz, Dutch ReBelle, and Jefe Replay during the Blog Era years.
After relocating to Los Angeles in 2016, Nat continued to build momentum with releases like Welcome to BosAngeles and the sports anthem Let's Go — a Tom Brady-sampled track that debuted on Rob Gronkowski's platform and became a staple during the Patriots' Super Bowl run.
In 2020, he expanded his creative footprint by releasing the original soundtrack for Finding Filman, a film in which he served as a writer, producer, and actor.
Now evolving as an artist, Nat remains a versatile voice in hip-hop, unbound by genre constraints. In 2025, he continues that trajectory with his latest single "Thought I Told You" — a critically acclaimed return to his deep-rooted East Coast boom bap sound.
